How to import a Calendar

The following article will guide you through the steps to import a calendar with Outlook 2013.



With Outlook 2013 open click on the File tab.

Select File Tab


Select Open & Export and click on Import/Export to open the Import/Export wizard.

Then From the Import/Export wizard select Import from another program or file.

Select Outlook Data File (.pst)

Import Outlook Data File (.pst)



Browse to the folder where the .pst file you exported earlier is located and select Repalce duplicates with items imported to avoid having duplicate entries.

Browse to .pst file



Select Include subfolders and Import items into the current folder and click Finish.

 

Finish Import


Check your calendar and verify that the all imported appointments are visible.
