If your account is a POP3 account you may import contacts in a .pst file.
Before you import a .pst file you must first save your contacts as a .pst file by exporting them. If you have not already exported your contacts refer to How to export contacts from Outlook to Windows
After exporting your contacts to a .pst file you can now import it into your Outlook Contacts folder on a different computer:
Note: All following steps are to be completed from within Microsoft Outlook.
1a) Click File > Open & Export > Import/Export to start the Import and Export Wizard.
1b) Choose Import from another program or file, and then click Next.

1c) Under Select the file type to import, choose Outlook Data File (.pst), and click Next.
2) Under File to Import, browse to the .pst file you exported earlier and select Open.
3) Under Options, choose whether to replace duplicates (existing contacts), if you choose no you can have multiple entries of the same contact, then click Next.
4) Under Select the folder to import from, click the Contacts folder or the folder you want to import. If necessary, click the arrow next to the account name to see its folders.

5) Choose whether to include subfolders, and make sure hte Import items into the same folder in options is selected and your account is listed in the box.
6) Click Finish.
Your imported contacts folder will be located underneath the account name. You may view them by clicking the arrow next to the account name which is located in the Mail Folder Pane.
