How To Create A Lead

This article explains how to create a lead.

 


  

1. In CRM, click on the Sales section on the left hand side.

2. Click the arrow on the Leads link on the left hand side, then click New from the submenu.

3. The required fields are TopicLast Name, and Company Name.

4. Scroll down to the Details group area, in the Lead Information section, click the arrow in theLead Source list, select Web.

5. Click Save And Close.
