How to change the various regional settings, including Time Zone, for your SharePoint site.
1. In the upper left-hand corner click on the Site Actions Menu.
2. Click on Site Settings.
3. Under Site Administration, click on the Regional Settings link.
4. Configure the settings as needed, and click the OK button.
