Setting Up A Scanner/Printer/or Fax Machine

The following settings should be used: 

 

Incoming/Outgoing server: na01.msexchangeoutlook.com

Username: Full Email Address

Password: Mailbox password (You are required to authenticate)

Ports: 7071 (non-SSL) or 7072 (SSL) 

 

NOTE: If you are sending as a Distribution List, you will need to ensure that the SEND AS Permissions (for the authenticated user) have been set within the Control Panel.

 

Please note that we do not allow Open Relaying on our network.
