Incompatibility Issues With MacOS 10.10 (Yosemite) and Outlook 2011

It has come to our attention that are compatibility issues with the release of MacOS 10.10 (Yosemite) and Microsoft Outlook 2011 for the Mac. Issues include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Outlook launches without a Home Screen.

2. Menu Items are accessible and function properly (i.e. compose and send email, access Accounts etc.).

3.  Home Screen does not render and you cannot see (or access) Mailboxes, Calendar, Contacts etc.

Unfortunately, based upon our current research, there appears to be no workaround to the incompatibility issue between the new OS 10.10 and the Microsoft Office Suite for Macintosh. The only options at this time are to either roll back to the previous OS Maverick 10.9.5 or to wait until Microsoft releases a patch for the Yosemite OS. Should you opt to roll back to the previous Maverick OS 10.9.5, we highly recommend acquiring the assistance of an IT professional to assist you in that matter.
