1. Log into the Upcoming Control Panel interface at https://my.securembox.com/ with an administrative user.
2. Under My Current Services, click the Microsoft Exchange link.
3. Under Service Management, click the Resource Mailboxes link.
4. Select the mailbox to be converted.
5. Click Convert to Regular Mailbox.
6. Click the Convert button.
7. Once the mailbox has been converted, you may access the mailbox settings from the Mailboxes link under Service Management.
