Granting a User Administrative Permissions to the Control Panel

A user who is granted Administrative Permissions has the same role as the Admin@domain.comuser. The only thing that they cannot do is change the Admin@domain.com password. To grant a user Admin Privileges, please follow the instructions below.

1. Log into the Administrative Control Panel at https://my.securembox.com.

2. Under My Users, select User.

3. Click Edit User.

4. Click ON to grant administrative privileges (This is located under the user's Logon information).

5. Select Submit Changes when finished.
