How to Assign Permissions to the Public Folder

This article shows you how to assign permissions to Public Folders

 


 

1. Log into your Control Panel.

2. Click on Microsoft Exchange in the left pane.

3. Click on Public Folder.

4. Select the Public Folder you want to assign permissions to. Click Action and then Edit.

5. Next to Current Permissions, click Add. 

6. Choose the mailbox and the permission you wish to grant to that user.

7. Click Grant.
