How to Enable Public Folders in the Control Panel

Before being able to access your Public Folders within Outlook, this service must be provisioned for your account. In order to enable Public Folders, follow the provided instructions.


 




1. Log into your Control Panel.

2. Click on Microsoft Exchange in the left panel.

3. Click on Public Folder.

4. Click on the Create New Folder button.

5. Type in the folder name and choose who will be the owner of the Public Folder.

6. Click on Add Public Folder.
