What is a Contact?

A Contact is a user that is outside of your domain.

 

 

 

A Contact has the following functions:

1. A contact is shown in the GAL as long as the hidden feature is not enabled for it.

2. If you want to forward mail to a email address outside the network.

3. You can add Contacts to Distribution Lists.
