How To Delete A User

Deleting a user will also remove them from all the services they are enabled for. For example, if the user has Exchange enabled, their mailbox will be COMPLETELY DELETED. Be sure to back up any information you need before a user is deleted. The instructions below will show you how to delete a user.

1. Log into the Administrative Control Panel.

2. On the right hand side for the user, select 'Delete'.

3. Choose which service you wish to remove from the user. You may also elect to remove the user at this point.

4. Type in the randomly generated code to confirm the deletion.

5. Click 'Save Changes'.

Please note
that if a mailbox is inadvertently deleted, there will be a fee to re-attach the mailbox. This fee is on a per mailbox basis and is subject to our Engineering team's availability.
