Error - "Cannot open your default e-mail folders..."

Are you experiencing the following error when running the NPCT ( New Profile Connector Tool)?

"Cannot open your default e-mail folders. You must connect to Microsoft Exchange with the current profile before you can synchronize your folders with your Outlook data file (.ost)."

If so, you will need to contact your system administrator to ensure that Outlook Anywhere is enabled for your mailbox. You can enable this setting by accessing the administrative control panel for your domain.
