Opening Shared Folders

This article will assist you in opening Shared Folders either via Outlook application or the Outlook Web Access. Below is a list of abilities and limitations.

 

 

- Calendar, and their sub folders can be be shared from a Full Access Account and the OWA. They can also be opened with both OWA and a Full Access account.

 

 

- Contacts and their sub-folders can be shared with a Full Access account, but NOT the OWA. They can only be opened using a Full Access account.
