How to Create a Lead?

Leads are potential customers, businesses, or entities that will eventually be qualified or disqualified. In order to manually create a lead, please follow the steps below.



1. In CRM, click on the Sales section on the left hand side.

2. In the tool bar, click on New

3. The required fields are Topic, Last Name, and Company Name.

4. Click on the Details tab.

5. Select the Lead Source from the drop down menu. By using the Lead Source option you will be able to run reports to determine what lead-generating tactics prove to be the most effective.
