Configuring A Scanner/Printer/or Fax Machine

 

Please follow the steps below to configure the setup for a scanner/printer/ or a fax machine to Outlook:
 
The following settings should be used:
 
Incoming/Outgoing server - na01.msexchangeoutlook.com
Full Email Address
Password - You are 'required' to authenticate
Ports - 7071 (for non-SSL) or 7072 (for SSL)
 
NOTE: If you are sending as a Distribution List, you will need to ensure that the SEND AS Permissions (for the authenticated user) have been set within the Control Panel.
